Hi Kerry, Thanks for taking time to send us feedback, we always appreciate hearing from customers even if it’s about something that we have done that doesn’t make them happy. 
 Firstly, on the masking comments by our staff this past summer, we confirm we follow all AHS mandates, and returned to masking as per the September 8th provincial ordinance. Your attendance at our store this summer was perhaps prior to the reinstatement, during a time when masks were not required. Regarding your drop in today, 12/17/2021 11:39 am at our service dept, we apologize that we were unable to meet your immediate expectations Friday morning. It was, as you are aware, at a time of extreme weather warnings in the region, and our service dep’t was fully booked with appointments. 
Our Service Specialist wanted to help, and she advised that due to being fully booked for the day, that there were two options: 1) leave your vehicle at the dealership and we could attempt to get it into the shop later in the day, or 2) book a appointment for service at a later date. You made it quite clear neither option would be convenient for you, and then, to the Service Advisor’s disappointment, advised her, because we wouldn't meet your needs to immediately assess your windshield wiper speed issue, you would be leaving a bad social media review. From a customer service perspective, we simply were unable to accommodate your request for immediate attention. For a technician to simply "look at" your vehicle as you requested, it would require them to quit working on another customer’s vehicle, the service job they were already booked to work on. If you would like we can still book your vehicle in and affect any necessary repair. We do have a no cost valet service, and we can pickup your vehicle at your house and return it once it's completed. Sorry for your disappointment today, again thanks for your feedback, we hope that this better explains our mutual customer service situation on the coldest day of the year.

As I said on Facebook this is not my view at all of what happened at your service center. The wipers were not functional and you know that (not ‘speed issue’ -making it hard to drive at all), and I was not given these options - except a snarky - well you won’t leave it with us so…. - which was said to me as they opened the door to get rid of me and I said I was going to write a review ( sounded to me that they wanted to be able to say they gave me that option when they really didn’t). I did not expect immediate service and even brought work to do expecting a long wait. I don’t appreciate this response that makes me seem unreasonable - especially with your message on the phone that encourages drop ins. How about contacting me to resolve issues instead of posting defensive and actually untrue comments? As for masking the County of Strathcona had mask requirements in at the time of my visit (since October 2020). Never thought I would have to defend myself about this. Thought you might actually get my side before posting something like this if you cared about your reputation. I posted only on media where comments can be removed - giving you a chance to respond positively.
