They always seem to busy to help you. Although I just stopped in today (as they promote on their 'on hold' message) for a problem with my wipers, I would at least like to be given some options - they didn't even try to book me in for next week. Just too busy, sorry, bye. Only when I said I was writing a review did they say that I might try to leave it there. That says everything. Forget it. More
