Purchase of my new vehicle My intention was just to look at vehicles while I was waiting for my truck in service. I met Rob Haley & asked him about the vehicle on display. We talked about all the options it had & while I was there, I had him give me a quote to trade my truck in. Rob was extremely helpful and I left with all the info. I was a bit worried the truck may be gone by the time we could make a decision. But my husband contacted Rob & a mutual price was reached! I spoke with Hanny Kabbani & he provided me with all the info on 3M, the extended warranty & other programs. Everything Rob and Hanny did was so helpful. They are both very personable, knowledgeable & efficient in their service. They went above and beyond, helping me get the vehicle ready to drive away in no time at all! I never once felt pressured into buying anything and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future and I would definitely refer them to anybody! More

He was a great sales guy to deal with – friendly and capable without being pushy or over the top. Esky followed up with us after the purchase to make sure we were satisfied and he addressed our concerns in a timely, thorough manner. Tyler Kick and Sharbel Derosa in financing were also very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a comprehensive overview of the various protection plans available and helped us choose the best coverage for our needs. We recently dealt with Mathew Constantinoff in service because of an insurance claim and found him to be very helpful too. He liaised well with the insurance company which made things easier for us and helped us settle the claim quickly. Overall our experiences with Sherwood Ford have been extremely positive and we would certainly recommend the dealership. Dawn More

Got me exactly what I wanted! My sales guy, Hassan was great! He helped me previously get my Ford Fusion at a different Ford dealership and am I ever glad he came to Sherwood Ford!
