id really like to stress the help of Mark Adamson 110 % Mark had reached out. To let me know that there was a way that he could save me money by getting me into a new work truck for a higher base price with Mark had reached out. He took the time to do the match for me and made it apparent that indeed I was saving alotta money by just upgrading he realized the lender was at real high intrest and he was willing to get me in at a lower intrest rate saveing a huge amount of money. As I am an oil field worker that has such little time he basically took care of everything for me. And was so easy to finalize everything it just made a great expeirience this is the fourth truck we have bought thru mark and just sent an other close freind his way this kids a rock and makes customers happy he helps even if it's not his duty. I really liked the effort he put into keeping us happy everytime we come in And for a busy kid he is very devoted to his customers. 1st and last time with this service dept It was -38 and the heater went in my truck. Sherwood Ford was the nearest dealership, so I took it in to them. So I got a call call from the service r It was -38 and the heater went in my truck. Sherwood Ford was the nearest dealership, so I took it in to them. So I got a call call from the service rep and she talked me into a full check of my vehicle along with checking my heater issue, said it was around $60 to do. Turns out it was over $300!. Then they called to say that my heater issue was my heater core and it was going to be $1800 to fix. They charged me $2400, which I fought back on and then they refunded me the difference. When I called earlier to tell them I had warranty coverage under 3rd party which I purchased when I bought it from the ford dealer, they told me they would call and get back to me. 10 minutes later they called to say it wasn't covered, when i challenged them saying I wanted to speak with First Canadian directly, they said they were closed now and I would be able to reach them ( it was 4pm???). They said they would follow up the next morning. When Sherwood Ford called the next day they said the warranty was declined because of sludge. So I asked them if they saw sludge in my coolant system, she replied yes, so I said you have taken my dash apart and removed my heater core and seen sludge, the service rep said yes ( for clarity my service statement said they did the heater work the day after my conversation with them, so they couldn't have done what they say they did, also I'd like to point out that the tech who did the work said my coolant was clean - so no contaminants to cause sludge). I then asked the service rep how sludge would have formed in my coolant system, the service rep replied it comes from popular fuzz and dandelion fluff (???). So I can't speak for anyone else but I can't fathom how this fluff and fuzz would get into a closed coolant system. Final nail in the coffin was the rental car, which is supposed to be covered under warranty, I had to pay for myself. Folks for anyone reading favorable reviews about this dealship, they are obviously fake, because after I started to share my lovely experience with Sherwood Ford, there were 7 other people with there own horror stories of the dealership ovrcharging or charging for work that wasn't required. All I have to say is you have now been warned, normally I don't fill in these reviews, but after hearing so many stories about them and seeing all the positive reviews, I knew people needed to know the real story. More

Great service, fantastic, professional and proficient! In the past 2 months we had gone to many dealers and talked with many salesmen in our search for a new pickup. We finally ended up at Sherwood Park Ford where we did find the truck we wanted. But it was the saleman Matt Irvine who made our search so much more pleasurable than any other salesmen we met at other dealerships . The others were either too "pushie" or too "hyper" talking a mile a minute, and not knowledgeable about the vehicles they tried to push on us and when we asked questions regarding a specific truck, the saleman ran around asking 2 or 3 other salemen because he didnt know while leaving us frustrated. When we met Matt at Sherwood Ford he handled all inquires with a vast of knowledge. Matt was "calm" and interacted with us in a friendly manner. Matt displayed his abilities and experiences with interacting with us . We did purchased the truck and thank Matt for making it a pleasurable experience. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone who is searching for a new vehicle. More
