First off, the list prices for the vehicles on the lot are reasonable compared to other dealerships in the Edmonton area. Sherwood Ford doesn't have all the hokey gimmicks and scams that I experienced at other places (such as City Ford - avoid this dealership at all cost!). I worked with Zeno (sales) who was great. I called ahead and asked if a particular truck from their website was still available. Zeno had the truck ready for me to look at and test drive when I arrived. He was knowledgeable, and when he didn't know an answer to my question, he would ask his manager (Garrett), and make sure that my questions were answered. Zeno contributed to a relatively relaxed and comfortable buying experience. He wasn't pushy and he was good at listening to my needs as a buyer. He had the car proof and inspection sheets printed out for me to review. He went over exactly how much warranty was left on the truck, told me about the conditions of the brakes and he measured the tire tread right in front of me because he knew I wanted all the details about what I was driving off the lot. It was great to work with Zeno. Hailee from finance was also great - very efficient and pleasurable to work with. She's a lady who can make things happen! Garrett was also awesome - very knowledgeable and easy-going. I am very happy with my purchase and the purchasing process.
