Great Service I had taken my Truck in for service at Sherwood Ford, met up with my salesman Shane Johnson. terrible customer service and vehicle service After a few weeks of purchasing a brand new vehicle from Sherwood ford, we had severe electrical issues some of which were safety issues. There was a very noticeable lack of respect , and instead of putting energy into resolving our problem, put blame on Ford Canada for not providing adequate resources. We had no resolution after 3 months, and requested a buy-back which they refused to do. Instead, they asked us to absorb the cost of depreciation if we sold it back to them. $10,000 cost difference to a new replacement vehicle. No one seemed concerned for us and we felt totally on our own with a lemon. we had to deal with Ford Canada ourselves, who recommended we take our vehicle to a different authorized service dealer, which we did. Thankfully, our experience at the other dealership was very positive, and within a short period of time, they seemed to isolate the problem, got Ford Canada engineers involved, and most importantly, treated us with the respect we deserved. More
