Great support from Service Dept. On an overall basis, my experience with your service department was excellent. It is a marked improvement from when Sherwood Ford first opened. I had service done shortly after the dealership opened and it was not at all a good experience. And to be honest, I was very reluctant to bring my vehicles back for service. Specifically, regarding Candis, she was awesome. I unexpectedly ended up with both of my vehicles in your shop at the same time. This was a huge inconvenience. Candis understood the situation I was in and arranged a rental car for me while my second vehicle was still on its way in on the back of a tow truck. That is customer service!! She was timely with her communication and updates. I never felt like I had to do her job….she knew what was needed and made sure it was done. More
