Courteous, efficient, effective I've had the pleasure of dealing with several service personnel at Sherwood Ford. Most recently, with Cheri. I'm always sceptical of such findings, but Cheri was very good at explaining what was needed, what the importance was of doing it now rather than later, and I felt good being able to make an intelligent decision. I have only had positive experiences at this dealership from quick scheduling, efficient check-in through the whole process. More
