on point service advisor I've had a few good service advisors at other dealships but for the last year, after deciding to come back to Sherwood ford for service from heartland I've had a few good service advisors at other dealships but for the last year, after deciding to come back to Sherwood ford for service from heartland ford I was skeptical at first but My advisor, "Matt" had changed my opinion of great service. Matt makes things happen for every time, for a 3 of our ford ranging from an 15' F150 to f350 Diesel with a consistent turnaround , great knowledge of both gas/ diesel and gets me in quickly every time and actually explains charges and labor when we review them. He's the main reason why I've decided to continue bringing my vehicles in the Sherwood ford. Great guy. Sales- Mark Adamson all the way! More

They had a great selection of Edges in a lot of different Colors, compared to when we bought our 2016 at another dealership our only option was white. More
