Car maintenance and safety are important to me. I feel a lot better knowing that everything in my car is in good working order and that the car is road worthy (i.e. safe). Mat was very helpful. Service Department is excellent and very accommodating. I currently live outside Sherwood Park but find myself coming to Sherwood Ford for full servicing on my F250 Diesel HD. Unpleasant I Purchased a Ford F450 Platinum and had a few items added into the deal to be installed before Taking possession, one being a set of mudflaps I had c I Purchased a Ford F450 Platinum and had a few items added into the deal to be installed before Taking possession, one being a set of mudflaps I had chosen from the parts department. When I picked it up the mudflaps were not installed. Which was a Inconvenience for me as now I have to come back again arrange a rental. We arranged a date that worked for both of us to bring the truck in and have the mudflaps installed, and the day before my appointment I get a call from the sales manager asking me for 250$ as he only budgeted for 600$ and the mudflaps were 850$ and he wanted me to pay the difference when mudflaps were part of the deal. I couldn't believe they phoned me up to ask me for 250$ when I just purchased a 100,000$ truck from them and it was part of the deal. Them trying to make me pay the difference even lowering it and trying to get me to meet them half way at 125$ difference is ridiculous when the truck was 100k and part of the deal! Then lying to me and saying there not making any money on the sale of my truck?? I find this very hard to believe that there in the business to not make money on a 100k truck. I keep mentioning the price of the truck as it adds to how embarrassing and ridiculous it this was. They should feel ashamed for even asking me this, I would if I was in there shoes. Not to mention if this was me representing ford as a manager I would of never of called a customer to ask them that when they just bought probably the most expensive truck Ford makes! And it was part of the deal. My salesman was pleasant to deal with during this process, it was just when the sales manager decided to phone me to ask me for 250$. This is why people say it's stressful to buy new vehicles and car salesmen get the saying sleezy/and greasy. This was my experience and it left me with a sour taste in my mouth due to this experience. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of this. In the future why should I even deal with them for my maintenance plan and warranty. They should want their customer to recommend them. Even customers who buy less expensive Fords. But this was not the way I expected to be treated after dropping 100,000$ on a truck. Thank you More

Great salesman, no pressure Ordered and paid for truck on internet. When arrived to pick it up did not like. Salesman went out of his way to get us the right truck.
