Overall pleasant experience My first trip to trip to Sherwood Ford was suprisingly pleasurable, the moment I arrived Daniel spotted me and helped me choose the vehicle I desired. My first trip to trip to Sherwood Ford was suprisingly pleasurable, the moment I arrived Daniel spotted me and helped me choose the vehicle I desired. Once I found the vehicle I liked we went straight to the paperwork which was relatively painless, Danny did a good job of keeping the entire process nerve free. He was also overall very professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable with the vehicles features, and his jovial nature made the entire process fun and painless. Robert in finance seemed to be very knowledgeable with the extended plans and the entire process has a whole, very straight to the point and professional. Some people tend to be extremely pushy when trying to sell the extended warranty/extras but fortunately Robert was not. He instead explained each plan with great detail and made me feel like an actual customer rather then just a sale. Overall my experience at Sherwood Ford was a great success and I would recommend it to anyone. More

I booked my appointment online and everything else was taken care of. I had a suspicion my coolant was leaking and I knew my brakes were getting thin so I took it in. Candis was the service person who was dealing with my truck and she was very informative and helpful. She stayed in contact and updated me along the whole way and got me a great deal on my parts I needed. She also gave me lots of options for my fixes letting me know what the cheapest and also what she recommended. All my problems that I had were fixed and they were able to prevent a few more problems from becoming big problems. I had a great time and even when I had questions the next day after Candis was more than happy to answer them. Overall this trip exceeded my expectations and has been the best time I have had at a dealership. More
