He did not display the aggressive sales pressure that i've experienced unpleasantly in other vehicle dealerships. Rather i felt the sincerity and honesty of information that Mike presented which enabled me to feel very comfortable making the right decision. .Mike's familiarization discussion about the vehicles's features was clear and complete. The subsequent followup on the purchase was additionally unexpected. Though the time i spent completing the sale with Tyler was brief, the exchange was very agreeable. Upon arrival he checked the work history on my Ford Fusion to make sure that I was up to date on the scheduled maintenance requirements. I told him I would be waiting while my car was being serviced. I had the choice of enjoying the massage chair, watching sports on the TV,using the WiFi and enjoying a cup of coffee! The wait did not seem to be as long as I had anticipated when Curtis showed up with a smile and said that my vehicle was ready. He stayed with me as the paperwork was completed and then showed me where my car was parked. Maybe for some, good manners don't mean much but for me it is as important as driving a safe vehicle. More
