The truck I had inquired about wasn't quite the right fit but Corey diligently looked for a solution. We found the right truck and were able to make a deal that worked within my price range. Timeliness was an issue I am very pleased with my new vehicle. The issue I had with this dealership is that we kept getting told different dates of arrival/pickup for th I am very pleased with my new vehicle. The issue I had with this dealership is that we kept getting told different dates of arrival/pickup for this vehicle which caused a challenge for me because I sold my current vehicle in accordance with the first date we were given that the vehicle would be available for pick up. In all, rather than 5 days later it was 11 days later and I was without a vehicle during that time. Our salesperson, Fraser, remained positive, encouraging and very helpful during this time. Fraser was very professional, and I feel, went out of his way to try and get things worked out for us. I'm not sure where the discrepancies in information arose from, but that part of this purchase was disappointing and frustrating. Overall, in the end, I have a nice vehicle and I am impressed with the service and care Fraser provided us with. More
