Matt contacted me by email and later by phone to see what my needs and wants were. Without having to go in to the dealership as we live north of Grande Prairie, Matt handled everything and Lucas in finance made it happen on that end. When we showed up at the dealership to pick up the truck we dealt with Matt and then Ali in finance as Lucas was away. The whole process was handled professionally and everyone including the women at the reception desk was very friendly and seemed to genuinely appreciate our business. 5 star service from everyone! Great Escape Purchase Experience I had a very positive experience buying my brand new Escape. I felt like I was in the drivers seat for the whole process, and Wally was happy to work I had a very positive experience buying my brand new Escape. I felt like I was in the drivers seat for the whole process, and Wally was happy to work with me over whatever method I wanted - we started over email, and went back and forth for a short while before I even came in, and I never felt pressured to come sit down or give my phone number during that period. Once in and doing my test drive and discussing the deal I said I'd go home and sleep on it. There was no pressure for me to sign that night, Wally encouraged me to take my time and think things through. That is reassuring as a customer, because it shows confidence in the product and the deal we discussed. I'd absolutely recommend Wally and Sherwood Ford. I'm a slow, methodical, cautious guy and I'm sure not super fun to deal with - I'm not ignorant or belligerent or anything like that, but I do like to go over things 2-3 times which I'm sure is 'fun' to deal with hah.
