This was our first purchase from Petersen. We knew pretty much what we wanted before we went to the dealership. We worked with a new sales associate Dari. The vehicle has some minor marking on a trim piece from the shipping protection. A replacement part has been ordered and will be replaces by service very soon.Since we bought last week I went online to the dealer site and ordered some winter floor mats. The process was simple and I heard back from the parts department the next day. So far we have been impressed with Dari and the whole team. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was only interested in 1 truck however, it had a sold sign in the window. When I was leaving the dealership I met Christian Davey whom offered to help me find a truck on th 1 truck however, it had a sold sign in the window. When I showed him the truck I was interested in with the sold sign he made a phone call and discovered the truck was not picked up by the person who was going to purchase it and it was available for purchase. He definitely went out of his way to make sure I got into the truck no matter what it took and held my hand every step of the way! I would recommend the dealership and Christian anytime! :) More
