I had previously had a number of issues with a previously bought vehicle at this dealership. Upon making my complaint in the first instance, unfortunately for CJ, it was he who got the brunt of my frustratio bought vehicle at this dealership. Upon making my complaint in the first instance, unfortunately for CJ, it was he who got the brunt of my frustrations despite not having ever had any experience with him. He just happened to be the gentleman who was available at the time. CJ helped sort out all the problems with the vehicle I had bought and did it with good manners and communication. It was for this reason I entrusted him with the purchase of my next vehicle. He was very helpful and honest which was why I bought another vehicle from him. I would have no problems in recommending him to friends, family, colleagues etc. His attitude was an example of how to gain repeat business. More

Being from a smaller Rural area I have to deal over the phone lots when searching for a new vehicle. Chris answered promptly and professionally, answered all my questions and offered all services possible phone lots when searching for a new vehicle. Chris answered promptly and professionally, answered all my questions and offered all services possible to make the sale. Sadly due to travel distance to the dealership in excess of 300km, I could not make it in to view the truck and had to settle for a closer dealership. The Pricing was better then other dealers I had been contacted by and the service was great, I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking for a new GMC or Buick. More
