From the time I dropped my vehicle off to the time I picked it up the service was fast and friendly. Steph was very knowledgeable about the service that needed to be performed and explained it all. Exceptional service. I dropped the truck off with the expectations of waiting for the return of the truck to take a week but was pleasantly surprised when I was called the next day to inform me it was re expectations of waiting for the return of the truck to take a week but was pleasantly surprised when I was called the next day to inform me it was ready. Stephanie was very pleasant to deal with and extremely quick to react to my needs for a fast turn around for my truck as I needed it back to work as soon as possible. While she was taking care of me another service adviser next to her was also helping by filling my washer fluid container. When it was all complete I decided to have the battery changed out so the tech that did my transmission came right into the drive through and did a load test on the battery and then changed it out on the spot all the while giving me a detailed explanation of what went wrong with the transmission as I questioned him. Impressive how accommodating he was, how all your staff was. More
