I've always been happy with Shaw GMC and my experience last week was no different. Hailey Alexander, my service rep more than once, is always professional and seems to go out of her way. There was an ECM failure and circuit problems that were handled promptly. Unfortunately, we had to wait on parts coming from out of town. She was scheduled to be off Friday but arranged alternate contacts for a seamless turnover. Janece Crocker took my call and went out of her way to followup with me when parts arrived. Rob Sikora also followed up to ensure I'd have my vehicle back and I'd be rolling before EOD on a weekend. Great job, everyone !! 5 stars !! More

Shaw GMC on the blackfoot is one of Calgary's most well know dealers. I have bought my parts there and have had friends work there also. Its not far from my house and its my goto for most things GMC.
