My husband and I had a pleasant experience at the dealership. They let us walk around their large inventory looking and measuring as we were looking to downsize from a van. When we came back to drop off the van and pick up the car Bobby was very understanding when I brought the wrong ties and had to go back to the Toyota dealer for the correct tires.
