I had an unexpected line failure resulting a total transmission fluid loss with my GMC 2500HD Thursday afternoon and Shaw was able to get it in on Friday and correct the issue before COB. Great news since Shaw was going to be closed Saturday and Monday for the long weekend and I was planning to use the truck to go out of town on Tuesday morning. I had the privilege of dealing with Janese as my service agent. She did an excellent job of scheduling the repair service and interfacing with the mechanic to keep me informed on the progress along with options for additional areas of concern. She was also very knowledgeable with the repair service required and the possibility of more damage resulting from the fluid loss. Luckily there appears to have been no significant damage to the transmission. Great job Janese, I hope Shaw appreciates how valuable you are in your customer facing role. More
