When my vehicle is in for repairs he always keeps me informed and there are never any surprises when it comes to the invoice. The invoice will match what he told me 99 times out of 100. Slow Service Dropped off my pickup for a pre-booked 8:15 AM appointment to simply swap my summer tires for winter tires (already on rims). Did not get it back unti Dropped off my pickup for a pre-booked 8:15 AM appointment to simply swap my summer tires for winter tires (already on rims). Did not get it back until 6:05 PM over 10 hours later and they didn’t even bag the summer tires. This shop always seems overbooked and slow on service. In previous visits I still have not had a smelly AC unit issue resolved and a noisy heater fan. The advisors are friendly and mean well. Not sure if it’s not a management issue and overbooking their mechanics and staff. More
