Shaganappi GM

I thought I bought a decent vehicle from the used Shaganapp GM department in Sept 2023. In house inspection came back with no issues, the car seemed ot be perfect. Soon after I found out there was no Shaganapp GM department in Sept 2023. In house inspection came back with no issues, the car seemed ot be perfect. Soon after I found out there was no block heater or oil pan heater, I took it to another GM dealership to get a oil pan heater installed. They found the oil pan plug to be seized on, meaning it was a while since the oil was drained. Fluids were all dirty, meaning the 100k inspection I was told was done prior to me purchasing it was not done. There were leaks found in the engine, a seat belt defect and most recent the front struts are leaking. Don't trust this dealership one bit. More

Do not trust them, I booked an appointment to change the headlight assembly 20 days in advance to make sure they have the part. I dropped my car there at 9 am and was waiting there when I went back to check headlight assembly 20 days in advance to make sure they have the part. I dropped my car there at 9 am and was waiting there when I went back to check my car status after 4 hours. The front desk lady ( Joy)said they don't have part! It takes 4 hours for them to find out that they don't have the part! I am going to escalate the problem with GM. Don't go there, don't trust the 5-star! They beg customers for a good review! More

Be careful in trying to trade a vehicle online. We gave the dealership lots of pics and the VIN number! Got to the point of being told they would give a certain dollar value on our trade we tried f We gave the dealership lots of pics and the VIN number! Got to the point of being told they would give a certain dollar value on our trade we tried for a bit more.. then last minute we get told the dealership didn’t realize our trade wasn’t AWD?? and wanted another $1000.00 plus from us on the trade… because they hadn’t bothered to check the VIN which details the FWD when checked!! Very disappointed their sales department makes assumptions without using the information given to them! More
