Service Experience I have been getting service from Seven View since 1988. I had one Dodge Caravan that was on the road for 17 years and the current one which has been on the road for almost 10 years. I take my car in for regular service and have only once had a breakdown in the field due to a poorly built second engine which was not the dealer's fault. Usually if I perceive a problem I can describe it to the service advisors and the mechanics will spot the problem right away. Also, if a job is to take a while, the advisors make sure I have transport and get home on time. My only concern, which probably applies to all dealers, is that the service pricing model can lead to some expensive outcomes. On one occasion I had to come back because of a defective component. The dealer fixed the problem and did not charge me. In summary, I think my impression was good overall. I would have given them a great overall rating if I had not had bad experience with faulty parts or if the car, according to consumers report, has a great repair record. The1988 caravan had its share of technical problems (not the dealer's fault) but the 2006 caravan has been much better so far. More

Peace of Mind I purchased my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan at Seven View. At Seven View my experience has been vastly different. Both Michelle and Domenic (Customer Service Representatives) have been excellent in providing great customer service. They take the time to clearly explain the work to be done, the approximate time it will take to be completed and the cost of the same. Because of their excellent customer service skills and the peace of mind they give me, I have and will continue to take my vehicle to Seven View for all regular maintenance work as well as any warranty work. First Time Customer - Best Guest Experience Ever!! I have a Jeep diesel that had some warranty issues to be fixed and it was a replacement vehicle for me. I was familiar with one other Jeep dealership I have a Jeep diesel that had some warranty issues to be fixed and it was a replacement vehicle for me. I was familiar with one other Jeep dealership in the area and was not impressed. Seven View was recommended by long time auto repair folks in Vaughan so I went there. The Service Advisor, Michelle Naugle was a standout. Completely on top of everything, her communication back and forth could not be beat. Also, she knew a bunch about the vehicles - far more than many I have spoken with at other dealerships over the years - and things were done to perfection and always on time. The mechanics are mostly senior and really good at diagnosing and fixing issues. Couple of quirky things on my Jeep and with a little time, they pinned the items right down and fixed them the very first time. Is short, without a doubt, the best service department both through Michelle and the mechanics I have ever experienced in the ownership of more than 50 vehicles running the gamut of Ford, GM - 7 MBs (terrible service and horrible repair records in the last couple I bought) - 6 Jags (believe it or not - far better than the MBs we owned - really not so bad), and my favorite - Jeeps. Highly recommend - see Michelle to get your car troubles fixed!!! More
