The worst dealership! Eddie is a con artist. I bought a vehicle from him and cosigned another and referred someone else that bought. He conned me and said if i cosigned Eddie is a con artist. He failed to give my son gap warranty, i thought the warranty was through the dealership not a third party. He did not explain the cosign with me properly. Son's vehicle written off and i am still paying $5,000 for a warranty i can't transfer into my name or use. Also the manager their assaulted me, and Eddie mocked me in front of other, quite embarrassing. Worst dealership. they went thru service advisors and staff like crazy. all the girls quit. More

Domenic was very helpful and professional. There is a discrepancy however between the reps who call and advised you of the appointment and the technicians. They are not on the same page. I did not have an appointment at 2pm according to Domenic. I am placed in the queue at 2pm behind other customers. BIG DIFFERENCE. I was quoted a dollar figure by the reps who call for the work being done that the technicians are not aware of. Who tells them this? I had an oil change and tire installation amount quoted by reps. The technicians amount was about 80 or 90 dollars more. This was only after l told the technician of the quote l was given for the work. Your reps who call and reply regarding the work and your technicians need to work closer together and be in sync. Because of the experience l waited longer than l expected,2 hours. I paid more than expected,around 80 90 dollars. More

After having a bad ram experience my starter failed at only 31 months. I was devastated I have had many vechiles no starter fails in 3 yrs.
