He has gone the extra mile to make sure I was not inconvenienced by organizing a shuttle service or by providing a rental car if the vehicle was going to be in service for over a day. The day I purchased the vehicle, I realized the exhausts were off balance. After expressing this to him he made sure to address the issue immediately. He has been consistent with his “get it done” nature throughout the year and a half I have owned the vehicle. Although this dealership is not the closest to my home, it is definitely worth the drive.
