No Headache or Hassel I was on the market for a new vehicle and a friend of mine recommended Eddie from Seven View Chrysler. I got all the information I needed and since I worked for a taxi company, I asked my boss to see if he can get the same vehicle that I wanted with the fleet pricing that we get but they couldn't give me the discount that Eddie did. It took me a week to get the information and all this time there was no pressure from him which is something I admired, his confidence that he would get you the best discount and service available. The Hamilton dealership told us that it was probably false advertising & they'd charge us all kind of hidden fees once we got there. Eddie (the sales rep) assured us the price was the price, as advertised. We got there, and that was the case! No hidden fees, no extra charges, nothing. Staff was very friendly & helpful. No pressure upgrades or anything. We purchased the van and saved close to $3,000! Eddie was great and the dealership had the most inventory/selection we'd ever seen. New Ram 1500 I was very discouraged by several Chrysler dealerships I visited. A friend had recommended Eddie from Sevenview. My experience was you tell him what you want and he really makes an effort to earn your business. I initially build a Ram and had it ordered for what I thought was a fair price, unfortunately my order was changed to a 2017 ( at the factory and out of their hands) No pressure sales , Eddie assured me several times if I wasn't happy or wanted out of the deal he would refund my deposit. After a day of searching I located a Ram that was very close to my build and Eddie secured it for me and I got it for an even lower price. I didn't step foot on the lot until my truck was ready for pickup, and I was treated well by Eddie and the rest of the staff. More

I found the vehicle I had been interested in ('16 Dodge Journey SXT Blacktop) and thought 'what don't have to lose?'. I gave them a call. Eddie, from the first call, was earning my business. For the first time during my car buying experience, I felt that a team was in it for me. The vehicle had nearly everything I wanted so he worked with me to get everything I wanted at a fair price. This was all over the phone, text, and through email. After a couple of text messages and phone calls I was making arrangements to travel from Ottawa to Toronto to pick up my new SXT.
