After a few weeks I was ready to give up... too many rude and obnoxious sales people not willing to help in any way. My last call was to Mike and he was a pleasant surprise! He answered all my questions and even took pictures of the car and texted them to me. We went in and met Mike, took the car for a test drive, no pressure, and ended up with a new car!
