At the time it was my cousin who was interested in purchasing a Grand Caravan, and he ended up doing so about 2 weeks ago - also from Eddie. Based on my cousin's experience, I also contacted Eddie to see what kind of a deal we could work out. Both my cousin and myself had gone to more local (to us) dealers, and neither seemed willing to even approach the pricing which had been immediately available and advertised publicly by Seven View. I had a trade in to deal with, and the process was handled very openly and clearly. They met the price we had discussed on the phone, and our deal was quickly put together. They had exactly the vehicle I was looking for on the lot. Any further interaction between myself and both Lisa and Eddie were handled professionally and quickly, either via email or on the phone. Everything followed on the schedule we had initially agreed upon, and the vehicle was ready as promised. Overall I'd strongly recommend this dealer (and specifically the individuals I dealt with) to anyone shopping for a vehicle - especially a new Chrysler product. Over the years he has never disappointed with his high level of service, whether sourcing a hard-to-find part or grabbing the keys to the courtesy shuttle to drive me back to the dealership himself so I could pick up my car after service. There are several other auto service centres and even another Chrysler dealership closer to my home and work, but I'll always drive the extra distance to have his service department take care of my Chrysler vehicles.
