He managed the purchase with the minimum of involvement from us and the whole process was painless. He is a very personable man who relates well with his customers. Lisa completed the required paperwork very efficiently on a very busy day with the minimum amount of wait-time. He listened to what we wanted and tried to accommodate in every way possible. His follow up was great from the start. The service he provided was excellent, we didn't even mind waiting for the delivery of our car as he was completely honest about when the car would arrive.
