Friendly; professional; helpful. But you get the above and beyond. I myself am a car guy; know the ins and outs and do my research and know every little detail to even the tire pressure. I fully trust the advice of the staff there and have great confidence in the quality they provide. My last car lasted me 9 years and still ran great, but it was time for an upgrade. With a bit of help from Eddie Tawil, we found the perfect car that meets all my wants and needs. I haven't had any experience with other sales reps there so I can't speak for them but Eddie is my go to guy and I assure anyone else who deals with him will be more than happy when driving off the lot in their new car. Look forward to doing future deals and am glad to always swing by whether it's for a tune up or just to say hey and see what's new. More

This to me represents what buying a new car should be ... SIMPLE!!! Also, what impressed me most about Eddie was not the fact he worked as an individual, it was the team approach to solving the various needs that was different. The seamless hand off between sales, parts (Brandon) and service (Domenic) represents SevenView and their willingness to work with a customer. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. It didn't take much negotiating as he gave us the best possible price and lower than the other dealers. On top of all that, we asked if we could have our vehicle the next day since we had a planned family trip. This dealership has amazing customer service, from their salespeople, their financing department, John, and their servicing department. We ended up getting the extended warranty and full protection coverage for rust, and seats and our vehicle was ready to be picked up for 1pm the next day!!!! We then found Seven View Dodge and were very happy to have been put in touch with Eddie Tawil. We pretty much made the whole deal over the phone and we were thrilled to finally have a salesperson deliver exactly as promised ! Eddie responded to calls and e-mails promptly and provided all the necessary info to make things easy for us.
