We made arrangement to go in and look at some trucks, travelled down from Sudbury for the day of shopping. The greeting was friendly; a test drive quickly arranged; and when I explained that this was the first stop in my search, there was no pressure to stay and make an offer. I went to two other "chain" dealerships, but soon realized that the family run business is where I was most comfortable.and I returned a couple of hours later.
