We were introduced to Stephanie Rabito their Finance Manager and likd Cosimo dhe was very professional, friendly, helpful and agsin felt no pressure into buying any extra insurance or warranty. Very rude sales man We recently visited the dealership to view a car ! The sales man was not only unprofessional but rude as well ! We waited 20 min to drive the car and was told we were unable to because it was sold as is! To be honest that wasn't even the problem , the sales associate walked away , gave attitude when asked to explain why this was not told us prior to our meeting as we had a previous phone conversation. Not to mention he had a dealer plate in his hand , which confused us more ! He also stated it was certified the day prior , which it was not as he obviously lied ! More
