So I decided to come see him in person a few days later and within 30 minutes we had a deal. No surprises on the price of the Jeep, no hidden added costs, no surprises on the trade value. Signed the deal and 2 days later picked up the vehicle, shook his hand, and thanked him for the easiest buying/selling process I have experienced in 30 years. This is where I was introduced to Mike Blanda and discovered that he was friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and patient. After a few questions, I could see that he understood my requirements and that he would work hard to earn my business. To my surprise, he not only put together a package that met my needs, it exceeded my expectations. I told him that although I found the deal attractive, I had to think about it and would return if I decided to proceed with the purchase. He behaved in a professional manner and at no time did he attempt to coerce or pressure me into making a deal. I really can’t comment about the dealership yet, but, I can say that only due to Mike’s hard work and diligence, I’m now the proud owner of a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee and I strongly suggest that you look him up before making a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep purchase.
