Upon requesting for district manager phone number made an offer of 7k to buy vehicle back(negotiated to $8500) then sold them another car for 10,000 "at family discount" knowing full well they NEED A CAR TO GET TO APPOINTMENTS The Buick was on warranty but no one in the shop knew how to fix it.. Twice I had ordered parts from them that had to come in from a different warehouse, The dealer said they would call when the parts arrived. I called a couple days after they said they should arrive. I purchased my GMC terrain from the Selkirk dealership last year and recently returned to have some service completed. All of my family's vehicles have been purchased at Selkirk GM for the past 10 years due to the great service, professionalism, honesty and great deals. I recently strayed from the Selkirk GM fold for Selkirk GM for the past 10 years due to the great service, professionalism, honesty and great deals. I recently strayed from the Selkirk GM fold for another GM brand they don't currently sell (but wish they would). I took this vehicle for its first oil change at the city dealership it was purchased and asked for them to check the tire pressure as the onboard sensors showed well under recommended pressure. My invoice indicated air was added but the sensors didn't. I was unable to get to the city dealer to rectify so went to Selkirk GM to ask they take a look. Craig S in the service centre was the best! He manually checked all pressures and confirmed they matched the sensor readings which were well under the recommended tire pressure. Craig added the required air and got me on my way in record time. I so appreciated Craig's honesty, professionalism and kindness to me, it really made my day. He has always treated my family like family when we bring in our vehicles for servicing.
