think of your customer after setting up an appointment on line for my father to do test drive he drove 30 min to get there and no one knew about him coming and they had to after setting up an appointment on line for my father to do test drive he drove 30 min to get there and no one knew about him coming and they had to call someone in. then the vehicle he want to test he was told was getting checked over and won't be available,, he told the salesman he was very interested , was told they would call as soon as an inspection was done( it was already listed on their site). He waited all weekend , no call monday either, tuesday Dad called them, he was told ok all good come take the drive,, drove back out there,, guess what someone else had it out for a drive and was told to wait in case they don't want it , they sold it to the other person..... really thanks guys,,,,, ok i get it you sold it to the other people for 5,000 when you were only asking for 1,500..... but that it terrible customer service................... More

Allen focused on my needs and budget and kept looking for the vehicle I was after until he found it at another dealership, Any pricing he provided always included the additional options I had asked for so it was never a guess what the real price was. For the short drive to Fort MacLeod it was definitely worth it for me. My experience at Scougall Motors was excellent, straight forward, no pressure, honest which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Love my new GMC HD. Shayne More
