We were looking for another pre-owned Subaru but there were none readily available. Our salesperson, Adam Choi, was very helpful guiding us through the process. He was sensitive to our needs, and very knowledgeable about his product. He was politeand respectful, and there was no hard-sell at all (or we would have bolted). We settled on a new Outback, with which we are very pleased. Using local connections, Adam also helped us transfer our old vehicle to a local Syrian immigrant family. More

From my initial call to the point of purchase decision Ryan guided me with care and understanding of my needs. He is very professional in his approach, listens to the customer's needs and offers appropriate suggestions in his friendly manner. There was never any pressure to make a decision in a hurry and I took my time in getting there . I am now a more than satisfied owner of a Forester, a trim level about what I had initially looked at and got it at the best price!! I connected with Ryan King many times for clarification and he provided the information in as complete a form as possible and returned my call or text promptly . He offered to come and pick me up from Edmonton or even deliver the car in Edmonton if I so chose . Further he assured me that I could reach out for assistance with any other issues that I may have after I took delivery of the car. If I was able to give a double 5 star rating for Ryan King that is what I would do. When I phoned Scotts in Red Deer, I spoke with Adam Choi. He looked for and found the vehicle I was llooking for. Called me back and assued me of the transfer. No extra charge. Infact much less than if I would have purchased the same in Calgary. I will never buy a new vehicle in a big city again without first looking to the smaller centers first. Although they didn't have one on the lot our salesman, Adam Choi, was very thorough in explaining the amazing features that a Forester has. He also encouraged us to take one for a test drive to fully appreciate it's many advantages. Once we were sure that a Forester was the vehicle we wanted, the sales staff made every effort to find a a 2016 Forester with a manual transmission....it only took about a week! Once the vehicle was safely in Red Deer every attention to detail was taken and only when Adam knew we were completely satisfied did he let us drive it home! We have been enjoing our Subaru ever since and feel confident that we can call Adam and Scott Subaru with any question or concerns that we may have in the future. More
