Overall experience at Scott Subaru has been fantastic. There was nothing lacking at this dealership despite being relatively smaller than competitors. We dealt with Ryan King- Sales and Kathie C- Finance. Ryan was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about his profession. He has a Facebook page on which he adds pictures of his customer after they buy from him - one of the very few sales guys who are this dedicated to their work. We found that a great way to appreciate customers and also to market the dealership. He has good communication skills (in-person and online) in compare to ALL the Subaru dealerships in Alberta. I had contacted all of them through the emails and he was the only one that pulled-off this deal with satisfying price before we even met him. Ryan gave me his personal phone number and suggested me to contact anytime regarding any car related issues - that definitely made us feel very supportive. I had done my research on Subaru - so just wanted to buy the vehicle but did not feel satisfied at both of Edmonton's Subaru dealers. Edmonton Subaru dealerships are owned by same owner and we felt we were not given enough time - importance as a customer- which made me contact Scott Subaru. I read good reviews about Scott's group and definitely experienced the same. Ryan offered to provide us ride from Edmonton to Red Deer which was very welcoming. Since the car we wanted was in transportation, they provided us with courtesy vehicle for more than a week! Kathie is a very friendly lady that explained us all the financial options and never forced to choose one- which was definitely great quality to look for in Financial person at car dealership. Honest dealership ! Highly recommended ! I wanted to buy specifically 2016 white outback 2.5i Limited. Jason got it from Calgary Subaru and it looked nice and clean but Jason quickly noticed I wanted to buy specifically 2016 white outback 2.5i Limited. Jason got it from Calgary Subaru and it looked nice and clean but Jason quickly noticed few minor hale dents which cannot be seen without close examination. He said he doesn't want to delivery any vehicles with even unnoticeable defects to his customers. So he returned it and got another one from Lethbridge for me. I am just happy with my Outback. What a honest guy ! Two thumbs up to Jason and Ryan ! Thanks million ! More

However, our experience at Scott Subaru was totally opposite to what we have come to expect. Salesman Adam, although brand new to the job, was approachable, smart, and helpful. Sales manager Ernesto provided thorough and knowledgeable information while Adam was with other clients. Manager Ryan sealed the deal with us, so to speak, with his vast experience with automobiles in general. All of them made the experience very personable. The dealership was spotless and welcoming. The car was ready and immaculate. In short, this was the quickest and best car purchasing experience we have ever had. We have had the car for four months now, and the staff are always ready for a good chat if we drop in with questions, and Ryan has even provided information and help with our other vehicle which is not a Subaru.
