Over charges on my lease We traded in a 2014 TOYOTA COROLLA L 4DR and paid the remainder of the account balance $1,475.24cad. on March the 4th even though our payment due shou We traded in a 2014 TOYOTA COROLLA L 4DR and paid the remainder of the account balance $1,475.24cad. on March the 4th even though our payment due should be on the 22nd. Apparently, the account doesn’t show on my credit report as paid in full because I have two charges for the monthly payments. They requested a cheque for $45cad to cover part of the first overdraw fee (Originally 48cad) Certainly, uncomfortable for me because I had to pick up the cheque and hear him saying that it was a “curtesy” from Toyota that I should request a stop payment. I couldn’t believe my ears. But he was right. From March 28th, up to date, I’ve been trying to reach Mr. Dawari over the phone and leaving messages without any success. I have a second charge on my account that has been credited but another 48cad again for overdraft. More

The rip off game has returned! Go in today for an oil change and a tire swap at Scarborough Toyota. The up-selling started within 60 seconds for all kinds of stuff not needed. I mean how would the guy know if they haven't looked at anything yet. Later they want to "recommend" $1500 dollars worth of extra work? In part they suggested over 750 dollars for back brakes that were serviced at THIS SAME PLACE only 6000 km ago. They didn't even fill up the window washer fluid and THAT was one of the things I had to pay for! The up-selling then was getting out of hand then but I thought lets try once more. Big mistake. Beware folks cause they do this kind of thing every single day. After 20 years it's goodbye and oh...that new Sienna you've been trying to sell me Manny, and the general manger that sent that letter last week..? That's right, that's me waving to you from the boys down the road. More

overpriced service department 2009 LE Corolla serviced today March 23 2017 - BFCR 377 09 Corolla forced to have work done on vehicle which had been done less than two years earlier problem with spark plugs t March 23 2017 - BFCR 377 09 Corolla forced to have work done on vehicle which had been done less than two years earlier problem with spark plugs turned into a 1445 dollar repair bill- person quoted me 1100 but should have been more up on final bill which was nearly 350 dollars more I feel terribly ripped off and upset- person smirked when he said my car was only worth 1500 if I did not spend large sum of money to repair it- a 2009 LE Corolla dilligently cared for for many years I usually get my car maintained at Toyota On Front - they run rings around your team and if I did not have to travel a long distance to get to them with an engine warning light I would have avoided your dealwrship- sadly I wish I had More
