Tried several times and many many rigns. Rude personal Called 4 times and phone kept ringing for dozens of time. On 4th attempt a very rude lady picked up and when I told her I need a repair estimate she a Called 4 times and phone kept ringing for dozens of time. Then she transferred me to some place where it again kept ringing and no answer again. It was my first time at this dealership. Won't bother going to them if this is how customer service is. They asked me to leave the car for one day. The day after they called me saying that all is fixed. When I got the car, I realized that the noise became even worst. I called them back and then since they don't want to see me anymore. I will never buy a car from them anymore. My new car behave like a 5 years old car and I have to live with that. More

I contacted the sales three times to ask why, and left voice messages to the business manager and the dealer general manager to ask for an explanation before I received a final confirmation. The amount of discrepancy is not big. However, the hassle reflects the work quality and attitude. Scarborough Nissan, you owe me an apology. More

After jumping it the car had power but the engine wouldn't start. I towed the car over to NISSAN SCARBOROUGH.After getting charged $129 for the assessment there told me I have to replace the IPDM because I FRYED it. The quote $709 + tax. After telling him that I have to think about it,I read thru the report and saw that the did a over write and the car started but that the recommendation would be to replace it. I went back in and talk to the sales tec and ask him if my car started up. He was all surprised and after a few calls told me that it did. When I would not have read threw the report and just trusted NISSAN SCARBOROUGH I would be $700 out of my pocket for something what didn't need fixing. Just in case my car will have the same issues again I went to a local mechanical shop to ask him for a estimate. He told me to bring my car in on the next day I have time and he will do a free Diagnosed on the car to make sure I'm safe.There Scam artist and you can not trust a word there are saying More

sales consulatant abusing customer. July 7th 2017, Sales and Leasing consultant Wayne (XiuWei) Zhang, appointed us to pick up the car at 9h00am. When we arrived (9h15am) we waited until July 7th 2017, Sales and Leasing consultant Wayne (XiuWei) Zhang, appointed us to pick up the car at 9h00am. When we arrived (9h15am) we waited until 9h30 for Wayne to tell us that the car has not yet arrived. He explained that he just arrived and that he just learned this information at that moment and to come back later for 3h00pm. However as he brushed us off, he went back to see his client that he has been talking for several minutes already sinced we have arrived at the dealership. Not only he lied to us that he has just arrived but he deemed that informing us by call was less important than his next sale. We tried to go back to speak with a manager or whoever to see if there were any other way to work this out earlier as we had to rearrange our schedule. The manager didn't show up after we requested and waited but Wayne came to talk to us only after we got fed up and asked for our deposit back. As I tried to confirm if the new car would be ready by that new time that Wayne is trying to set, Wayne rudely shouted " Hey bro..." he began to point his index finger at me shaking and shouting telling me to go away if I am in such a hurry and that he would finish this deal with my friend. In the meantime I went to cool off outside of the dealership as my friend tried to explain to Wayne that I had to bend backwards in order to help my friend out and that Wayne's tone and behaviour was rude and unprofessional. Wayne had more than 5 occasions to apologise for his misconduct and still hasn't. Is this the type of people that Scarborough Nissan employs? Honnestly this cannot be left without Disciplinary Actions and yet we know Wayne is going to get away with this. Avoid this place at all cost. More

Mean Manager I went here to have my car seen as I am having problems with my 2016 Nissan Rogue. There were some noises in the car that I wanted them to hear- the noises are not 24.7. Luckily, the noises were happening when I came in for them to examine ! When the service guy called guy2 to come and hear, they both agreed - okay, there's something wrong here. The Manager came and wanted to hear - where the noises stopped- the Service guys then changed their minds and got scared. They were like, " we don't hear anything. The car's fine". I was extremely shocked and appalled - Their names were Peter and Paul. One of the other rude service guys told me that I should be "Glad" I have a brand new car, and stop complaining about a little sound. He said I should "suck it up". Long story Short, the Manager ended up getting me so frustrated, I began crying ! More
