This was the worse service experience I have ever had with Scarborough Chrysler. I came in a little early for my appointment, 9:30 instead of 10:00. While I waited to have my tires changed out, their m with Scarborough Chrysler. I came in a little early for my appointment, 9:30 instead of 10:00. While I waited to have my tires changed out, their machine broke down, at around 12:00 I was told this. Not long after, with in an hour, I was told they were just about done. I was told that I could get the service report on line. Which I did once I got home. There was no information on the form, just a coloured status and what the checks were. For 1 thing it didn't give me the tread wear on my winter tires. It didn't include what the tire pressure was set at on either the winter or summer tires. I don't see how on my next service report anything can be reported as bad without a caution or two before hand. With the paper report I had a connection to the individual doing the report, with this new reporting system I do not have this. It would be better to have a picture or copy of the service report. Something that says he did this inspection instead of a blanket report. I also find the way the sums are written on the invoice are confusing, try spacing the headings out a little. More
