I traded my vehicle with this dealership with their 2013 Honda Odyssey. The vehicle was certified after Nine((9) days of agreement. I was told vehicle is in perfect condition. When I drove away this vehicle with my family, I noticed brakes are not working. I almost came close to an accident before reaching home. Next day I called salesperson and managed to drop the vehicle back to dealership. It was found rear brakes drums was not checked properly and were faulty. No one took responsibility of this or apologize for such a serious negligence. It was such a traumatic experience dealing with this dealership. Floor manager Ali was ignorant and arrogant throughout.
