USED CARS PRICES ARE FIRM. I went to this dealership with intentions to buy a used car that they had on the lot. I had previously bought a brand new 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 from th I went to this dealership with intentions to buy a used car that they had on the lot. I had previously bought a brand new 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 from them and had an okay experience then. We let me tell you, this car has been sitting on their lot for over 6 months now. I took it for a test drive with salesman David Lao and I did like the car . Enough to make them an offer. I was shocked when he told me they would not accept any offers less than the asking price. Are you kidding me??? This car has been sitting on your lot for 6 months and you won't accept my best offer. What a joke, I left very disappointed and would not be returning to them again. Scarborough Chrysler please in the future just mark your prices with a big FIRM on them. Thanks More

Not worth it They lure you into the dealership and once you're there, don't be deceived by the sweet talk and the lure of apparently low prices. I got Kanesh (sales person), who at first appeared to be nice, but I later realized that, both him and his go to guy, Carl were not only extremely rude but also not worth wasting your time with really caustic personalities - I'm surprised that they'd get a positive review from anyone. I made the mistake of purchasing one car (and my last) from there for my business. I'd advise anyone looking for a good price and service to look around the area. Trust me, there are plenty of other dealers who'll match their prices and treat you with dignity and give you the customer service you deserve. More

brake problems we bought a used 2013 compass at 34+++ kms (July 2014) and were now at 39+++ (Dec 2014) and the brake pads and rotors are shot. These guys sold us a car with brakes that would only last 5000 kms, what kind of dealership is this? This is a major safety issue, whoever did the safety should not be doing this anymore. This dealership charged us $650 for the repairs that shouldn't have been done for at least 30000 kms. Terrible. More

He just said "you should be happy you bought the vehicle at that price". We paid the advertised sale price! They made us wait forever as they prioritized other customers (who were potential sales). We've been here for an hour and are still waiting to complete our transaction. More

He recently helped me out on getting Chrysler Corporate to step up and offer assistance with a just-outside warranty repair for a transmission problem on my 300c. In contrast to a different dealership that didn't want to have anything to do with helping out, when I brought my 300c here, and described the problem I was having, Jim was very receptive and open to helping resolve the problem. He took down the Diagnostic Trouble Code which I provided, as well as a summary of the issue I was having, contacted Chrysler to get out-of- warranty assistance, and made sure the car was fixed quickly. Thanks for the good service, Jim! It is appreciated. More

Forget customers without customercare Visited them twice since we liked one of the cars they had on offer. But both times, we waited for nearely 30 minutes to get somone to talk to us. Surely we didnt book an appointment; but when you see the sales guys walking away from you when you ask questions is just not what you expect. Everyone seems to be busy with something or the other. We waited till the sales guy came back from his smoke break ( literally we saw his look at us smoking outside ignoring us) the last time we visited. Was totally interested in a car and we had to take a look ourselves . They have very high hidden cost too. when we figured it out at the end when all the price started going up and he got all defensive saying " if you need a ride - you got to pay"!!! the sales guy was also very pushy to make us sigh the papers- he wouldn't even break down the cost for us without giving him the driving licence. This place have got a lot of good deals!- the sales guy we dealt with needs to get his act right. More
