He came back saying he wanted to buy a Subaru from Wilson Yam. I agreed that Subaru was a good choice, but wanted to buy the car and have it serviced close to home through Downtown Subaru. The salesman there bragged about Downtown Subaru and 'talked at me', rather than talking to me. Perhaps he assumed that because I was female I couldn't understand car details. The atmosphere and team at Scarboro Subaru were completely different in a good way. Wilson Yam provided amazing customer service. Great with details, very attentive, very sincere and real integrity. We purchased a Forrester XT with eyesight which is an amazing vehicle, and I'll be happy to travel the extra distance to have it serviced only at Scarboro Subaru. More

Good experience I visited the dealership in the spring of 2015. Wilson demoed a Forester and a Legacy, but I decided to wait for the 2016 models. I looked for Wilson again, because he was so helpful before and in less than two hours I became the owner of a Legacy 2016. The price negotiation went smooth and the deal was not bad (I did not get the price I wanted, but, on the other hand, I never do, so...). All in all a good experience. I got the car several days ago. I strongly recommend the dealership. It was a pleasure to deal with Wilson. More
