Not a satisfied customer I Purchased my Impreza last December at scarboro subaru, they were very nice, and I liked the car it had all the bells and whistles, but after pick-up I Purchased my Impreza last December at scarboro subaru, they were very nice, and I liked the car it had all the bells and whistles, but after pick-up, I had not been satisfied with scarboro Sabaru in resolving some concerns and issues I was experiencing. And As distance from my home was a factor, I did not pursue the issues, but I did call a few times to register my concerns!!! So recently, six months later, my A/C was not working and my 6 month purchase warranty (6 mo or 10,000 km) was due to expire soon, so I took it to a dealership closer to my home, Marino's Subaru. In dealing with this problem, I found out that scarboro Subaru had not even registered my purchase warranty. Marino's helped me deal with the problem and repaired my A/C and also dealt with scarboro Subaru to resolve this issue. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with scarboro Sabaru, and very sad with this discovery. Thank you Marino for your professionalism and your help and restoring my faith in good customer service! More

We couldn't have been happier with Stone's approach after being slightly annoyed at the approach of a couple of non-Subaru dealerships that we had visited earlier in the day.
