Then he introduced me to the best possible vehicle suited to meet my requirements. The Forester was exactly what I was looking for. The best part was when he took his time and explained my payment options. This is where I needed help the most. Everything he explained made sense, and the stress I was feeling melted away. Through his knowledge, experience and wisdom, I am CONFIDENT I made the best decision possible, and know I got this! Sal is honest and genuine. Says it like it is and proves his point. Poor experience at Subaru Service Dept I arrived on a Sat morning to service my Outback and this will be the last time I will service my car at this location. This is what I experienced: I arrived on a Sat morning to service my Outback and this will be the last time I will service my car at this location. This is what I experienced: - I arrived with a long line up and there was only one service staff member at the counter. He was very professional and apologized to the customers for the wait. -I came in for the 'A' Service and my service person Fidel attempted to sell me an alignment. My car did not enter the shop or seen by the mechanic so how would he know that my car needs this service. -my appointment was scheduled for 8am and my car was still sitting in the parking lot at 845am. Please explain to me why would I make an appointment at 8am and my car has not entered the shop. -Fidel informs me that my car needs a steering flush and a fuel service. I approach the other staff member and ask about these services. He checks my history and both services were already done to my car. Explain to me why would your staff sell me a service that has already done to my car. -my car was not washed when other customers recieved a wash. I asked Fidel why my car was not wash. He told me that the car wash was under renovation. His colleague asked for my keys and took my car across the street for a wash. In closing, this was a terrible experience and would not recommend this service center. More

Great! I was looking for Subaru Outback 2017 2.5i touring, dealerships that I checked within my area says that it is no longer available. I wanted the 2017 m I was looking for Subaru Outback 2017 2.5i touring, dealerships that I checked within my area says that it is no longer available. I wanted the 2017 model so I would be able to save in financing cost and Stone Hu have asked me if I can wait at least 3 weeks for him to find the car. He delivered as promised and he was patient to give the details to all my inquiries. Sal was also pleasant to transact with and the reception staff was kind as well. More
