I first spoke with Jose over the phone (I called and asked to speak with a salesperson and he took my call), then a couple of days later met him at the dealership where he was very polite, informative, and knowledgeable about the models we looking at. When I went back for a second visit with my wife a few days later he was equally as pleasant as my first visit. We could not reach a deal at that time, however Jose phoned me to make an offer I could not say no too. He knew our budget and made the deal work to keep us within our spending limit. I am sure management helped him get to the price that worked for us and them. We purchased a car from Scarboro Subaru because of all this. When I picked up the car Jose took the time needed to explain all the features , answer all my questions, and did not rush me away. He made us feel like he and the dealership wanted us as a customer. I should add that I went to the service department and spoke with an advisor about our new car and although I did not get his name, he was very friendly and helpful as well. More

He listened carefully to questions and communicated his responses clearly and knowledgeably. He is very patient and respected our choice without rushing us into a quick decision. He is also very friendly and attentive to customer's needs and requests. All necessary follow-up communication was efficient. We feel very happy with our purchase of a new Subaru, convinced that all communications and transactions were very honest and fair. We also dealt with John Manis in our purchase of extra warranty for our car. Again the experience was a very pleasant one. We find the process to be very precise and efficient, without unnecessary overselling. Overall, our experience with Scaboro Subaru is an super excellent one. We have been to other dealerships and was not very impressed with either the indifference or over-aggressive sales tactics of sales staff. Scaboro Subaru has just the right touch. He was flexible with timing of picking the car up and delivering final cheque. Alex went above and beyond to get the licence plates organised very quickly so that I could get a parking pass from the city before picking the car up. This was not necessary for him to do and was indicative of the excellent customer service offered at this branch. The car was in wonderful condition. Having met with a number of used car salesmen before deciding to buy used through Subaru, I can attest to the fact that buying Subaru certified used cars takes so much of the stress out of buying a used car and allows you to rest easy knowing that you received a fair price and a car that is in good condition. Would definitely recommend! More

Engine Replaced without issue We discovered our Forester had an oil consumption problem just a few km from our 100, 000 km warranty expiration. Kareem did a fabulous job to set up We discovered our Forester had an oil consumption problem just a few km from our 100, 000 km warranty expiration. Kareem did a fabulous job to set up a tracking plan, document our oil loss and then get our engine replaced all within a few months and with very professional and transparent service. We have always taken our cars to local mechanics, but based on the service we have received here, we will make Scarboro Subaru our first choice going forward, I know we will be well taken care of.
