Thinking of buying A Subaru, no need to research or prepare anything, you are going to get more than what you expect when coming to Scarboro Subaru (2590 Eglington Ava E, Toronto) and definitely go straight to Stone Hu. To us, Stone doesn’t strictly work for the dealer but instead work for us. All he needs is us telling him straight of what we honestly want he will then find the way to satisfy us. With our first visit and less than an hour, we decided to buy a new car with Stone Hu. We might have heard a slogan that the buyer comes first, the seller comes second, and the business comes third but at the Scaboro Subaru we will definitely experience that. When talking with Stone, we and our agenda are his first priority. Even until having a car park in our driveway, we haven’t yet heard a word that Stone had tried and convinced us to buy a car. All Stone had done were that he ensures that we really want the car and we will be happy with it as long as the car last. Why? Stone helped us talking with the best business manager who provide us the best warranty package that suit our need. We got a warranty package that we have never thought it was existed. Because we pay only a little money but worry free for 7 years. Stone did also get us working with FRANCESCO who walked us throughout the car (This gentleman has a brilliant future who we think he might be a son of the dealer owner). Almost one full hour that Francesco presented to us in all details about the car before we pull our new dream car out of his lot. With patience and make us not tired with hearing all details and technology of the car, we noticed that the words Francesco had used are those words belong to a high executive personal. This is not all yet even we already full satisfied with Francesco. He wants to make sure that we must enjoy with the car and our stress free. He introduced us to the maintenance team and it makes us to surprise when the maintenance person, his name is Kareem, is willing to help us with anything should we have any question about the car. At this point, we become to realize that Scarboro Subaru has brought a business model to a new level where it hasn’t been written in any book. Scarboro Subaru is not only providing the best service but practicing something beyond the services. Why? Well think about it, you bought a car and the dealer has organized and/or set everything to make sure that you are worry free for your car at least for the next 7 years which is long and worse enough already for a car. Yet, almost every single one we met in this dealer has a service (not business) mindset. Of course, the dealer is doing their business but the way they do is beyond the business that we learn from the book. We are not only recommending people to come and get Subaru at this Scaboro Subaru dealer but also to think of changing a car to a Subaru and put your car worry free on the hand of these professional service mindset people. Also, those business school who claims of how good their academy is must find a way to visit and learn this stunning business model from Scarboro Subaru. Quite honestly, we had been in so many car dealers in the past months, all of these car sellers should come and learn to be a professional car seller from Stone Hu, Subaru Car Seller of Scarboro Subaru. Also, to those who believe about the superstitious in license plate number, we recommend to buy a car from Stone who can coordinate and get a license plate with a great lucky number for you. More

Of course, there are a lot more tools out there to help a purchaser get a better idea of actual wholesale prices and what other dealers are selling for, as well as ranges for trade-ins. Jose provided a trade-in value for for my 8 year old Subaru that was at the top of the range and pointed out available packages on extended coverage and rust proofing to make me comfortable I was getting a good deal. Coming from an 8 year old car with minimal electronics, I also appreciated the time Francesco took to introduce and set up all the features and make me comfortable with them. More
