Great Service!! Before I went to Scarboro Subaru, I had visited 4 other Subaru dealerships. Yes 4!! I didn't feel comfortable with any of them. I felt rushed and I didn't feel that customer service. My experience with Scarboro Subaru began with Guy, the GM, who was extremely professional and helpful, no arrogance. Before I actually went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle I had emailed Guy several times with questions/concerns and he responded quickly. When I went to purchase my vehicle I dealt with Jose. Jose greeted me with this big smile. He took the time to go over every detail without rushing me to get "that sale". Although it took a couple of months to receive my vehicle (straight from Japan), when I did receive that call that it had arrived, I made the arrangements to pick it up. Jose went through all the "bells and whistles" with me. His professionalism is truly a 5 star. Thank you Jose for continuing to answer my questions and concerns.
