The Business manager was not really friendly and went straight to the point, and only interested in selling additional warranty, that's why customer service was just rated OK he seemed in a hurry and the day my car was delivered didn't even show up to congratulate. Also, the contracts or invoice had wrong names on it and had to be corrected at first even though the ID's I gave showed the exact names. On the contract the odometer had 50 km value, whereas the actual odometer value in the car was 16 or 15km. I'm not sure what that means-why was it not the same? When I drove away from the dealership with my new car, I stopped at a Tim Hortons about 3km away, and surprise the car was not able to start again. I had to call Wilson whom inmediately showed up with a batery quick starter and took care of the situation. This should not have happened and in my opinion could be avoided if correctly inspected before, it made me thinking how this could happen with a brand new car. The automatic windows didn't go down because the car was washed and the water inside the windows was frozen, the car had to be heatened and this solved the problem but those are all little details that should not happen and could be avoided if being cautios and having better planning. Good thing about this dealer, they had the car I wanted in stock for almost inmediate delivery, which was not the case with other dealerships. I rated overall experience as "Good' because I was in a good mood that day other people could just have rated OK taking into account the details mentionned above, and 'OK' would be my rate if it wasn't for Wilson, he made the difference in a good way. I will recommend my friends to go with him if they want a Subaru. More

Customer service is good. However, it could be improved. I have to ask several times before the salesperson admitted that the hood deflector for the 2014 Subaru Forester is not available. Furthermore, he does not know when it will be available and did not give a reason for this. The Director of Operations called me at work. He told me that the hood for the 2014 Subaru Forester is redesigned, so the logo is attached to the hood. He asked me to go online and look at a picture of the 2013 and 2014 Subaru Foresters side by side. As a result, the hood deflector must be redesigned so it would not fall off. He said this accessory may not even be available at all for the 2014 model. I do appreciate the call. However, my experience would be better if the salesperson told me about this before I signed the sales contract. The salesperson put on the license plate on the new car for me in the rain while I waited inside. He also let me take a test drive of the new vehicle and explained how to use the accessories to me. The Business Manager always answer my emails promptly when I asked him about what is covered in the extended warranty and Subaru protection plan. I have been driving the new car for about three weeks now. I am very happy with the purchase, and the car does not have any problems so far. I am happy with the price. My dad bought two Subaru Foresters from this dealership before, and I just bought another Subaru Forester. As a loyal customer, I got a $1,000 discount before tax. Furthermore, I got the rear step plate and hood deflector for free. For purchasing an extended warranty, I get $500 credit I can use for future maintenance and repairs and two extra years (for a total of 5 years) of roadside assistance. More

I have dealt with Alex on my previous lease with Subaru Scarborough. I returned here because of my experience with my Subaru Forrester and Alex. On my first lease, Alex said "You would be back". The service throughout my lease was exemplary. Always courteous and explaining everything. The one complaint that I had would have been handled at that time if I had been more aware of my contract. An attempt was made to correct at re-leasing but it was too late. Alex is friendly, and so willing to help. He knows his car business and is not as pushy as others. He volunteers information, makes suggestions and let us decide. Call me he says if you have questions about the car set up etc. I will take him up on that cause I hate reading manuals.
