The only issue I had was the pick up date and how it got delayed due to the servicing department. It was disappointing because I actually needed the car and the timing was just right, until this happened. Other than that, everything went very smooth and I would recommend going to this dealership and speaking with Wilson about your car needs and pricing. He won't disappoint you! More
30,000 km service for my Subaru Forester I dropped off my vehicle at 9 am today. I called the service department at 11 am, and it is ready for pick up. I really appreciate having my vehicle serviced on weekends, since I need it to commute to work on weekdays. Since the service advisor does not know the number of loyalty points I have, I printed a record of my points off my vehicle page and handed it to him. This is just a minor issue for me. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, there was another customer ahead of me. That is how I found out that the service advisor also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. Moreover, he used a pamphlet to ask the customer ahead of me which engine lights she saw. He was patient and explained everything to her. I am happy that the service advisor can speak my language and is knowledgeable. I found the name of my service advisor by checking my invoices. Kent is the one who served me for my 20,000 and 30,000 km service. As a result, I updated the name of the employee I dealt with in my 20,000 km service review. I also liked the fact that my vehicle is parked back-in, since it is a busy parking lot. Therefore, it is easier to drive away. More

We were cross shopping between the XV Crosstrek and the Forester and Stone has taken the time to explain the pros and cons based on our situation. The sales experience was of no pressure and we made our decision shortly after. Being high demand cars, don't expect to get a much better price than posted. I did have to wait one month before my car is delivered, however Stone has kept me in the loop on the progress which is appreciated. Stone is definitely recommended! More

Both had many questions on the new technology and needed a tutorial. Jeff was the service advisor who took on the brave task to answer all my parents questions. He was very patient and professional. I've been a high school teacher for 17 years ... all I can say is that I was very impressed with how Jeff conducted the perfect lesson on the climate control system, changing of the time, and various workings of the car. Jeff 's warm/outgoing personality makes me feel confident knowing that my parents will be taken care when visiting the service department. THANKS!!! More
