Since the service advisor does not know the number of loyalty points I have, I printed a record of my points off my vehicle page and handed it to him. This is just a minor issue for me. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, there was another customer ahead of me. That is how I found out that the service advisor also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. Moreover, he used a pamphlet to ask the customer ahead of me which engine lights she saw. He was patient and explained everything to her. I am happy that the service advisor can speak my language and is knowledgeable. I found the name of my service advisor by checking my invoices. Kent is the one who served me for my 20,000 and 30,000 km service. As a result, I updated the name of the employee I dealt with in my 20,000 km service review. I also liked the fact that my vehicle is parked back-in, since it is a busy parking lot. Therefore, it is easier to drive away. More
