He is very knowledged and very professional, and he never push/rush person, he is very honest and it is pleasant to talk to him. He helped to compare the pros/cons with other SUV (we had two other brands in our candidate list), his professional but like a friend. The price is very reasonable as well. Even after the car is sold, the post-sale service is great too. Wilson spent lot of time to introduce all functions keys/switches to me to ensure I understood all before I drove it home. Made buying a new car an enjoyable experience Having done research for my first brand new car, the Outback, I felt prepared for the process of the purchase. The excitement/anticipation of getting the desired vehicle is offset somewhat by anxiousness of the unknown of how the process will proceed. That trepidation was quickly dissipated by my sales rep, Alexander Dzyubko and later, John Manis. The negotiation of the price was relatively quick that was well within what I had hoped for. There was no hard sell of possible options which pleased me. The process was easier than expected and I was very happy with how I was treated when I left. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would also like to recognize their service department especially Shameer, Kent and Jeff. In my experience with my previous vehicle, they go the extra mile. I trust that the diagnosis and cost of repairs is accurate and kept as reasonable as possible unlike my experiences elsewhere. That played a big factor in making this dealership my choice in buying the new vehicle. The hardest part was the wait time for delivery but that was expected with the demand for the Outback outstripping supply. I received the car in perfect shape with no flaws and is everything I had hoped for and more. More
