Made buying a new car an enjoyable experience Having done research for my first brand new car, the Outback, I felt prepared for the process of the purchase. The excitement/anticipation of getting the desired vehicle is offset somewhat by anxiousness of the unknown of how the process will proceed. That trepidation was quickly dissipated by my sales rep, Alexander Dzyubko and later, John Manis. The negotiation of the price was relatively quick that was well within what I had hoped for. There was no hard sell of possible options which pleased me. The process was easier than expected and I was very happy with how I was treated when I left. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would also like to recognize their service department especially Shameer, Kent and Jeff. In my experience with my previous vehicle, they go the extra mile. I trust that the diagnosis and cost of repairs is accurate and kept as reasonable as possible unlike my experiences elsewhere. That played a big factor in making this dealership my choice in buying the new vehicle. The hardest part was the wait time for delivery but that was expected with the demand for the Outback outstripping supply. I received the car in perfect shape with no flaws and is everything I had hoped for and more. More

Bought my car at this dealership After visiting the major makers of SUV dealers along Eglinton Ave., I decided to buy the FORESTER. Of course the dealership was not the major reason. After visiting the major makers of SUV dealers along Eglinton Ave., I decided to buy the FORESTER. Of course the dealership was not the major reason. (I did my research and test drive all the cars on my short list. I also compared the insurance rates as well.) The major decision was the CAR. If I didn't like the dealership I would just go to a different Subaru dealership in Toronto. But, I am glad I do like the sales rep Wilson at this dealership. He explained the cars well, answered my questions and did all the test drives with me. I visited the dealership twice (or three times) before the final decision. I ordered the car when Wilson was on vacation. Jose handled the contract. He was good too. Wilson did the delivery of the car. All in all, it was good. More
